YJ was founded in 1976 and has more than 40 years of mold manufacturing experience and 65 employees. With total investment in machinery over USD 16 million, we have the largest assortment of precision grinding machines in Taiwan. We value the importance of skilled and experienced workers and are proud of our low turnover rate. We are able to maintain high quality of craftsmanship through investing in our workforce. YJ focuses on training development and knowledge transfer between different generations of workers. We provide a pleasant working environment, appropriate welfare and income assurance for our employees. The result is almost zero turnover in four decades. YJ has more than 20 craftsmen with more than 25-year experience. They are also the company’s most valuable assets. Their talent combined with European precision equipment creates the capability to deliver part accuracy under 0.002mm (0.0001 inch).

YJ invests heavily in vertical integration (95% of in-house production) in the mold manufacturing processes. This investment allows us to achieve on-time delivery and best quality product for both our OEM and ODM global customers. With more than 40 years of experience, we have designed special procedures that allow the molds to maintain their precision even after long periods of use.
